Ren'Py The Tyrant

The Tyrant is a Ren'Py sandbox visual novel from Saddoggames following a young man who returns home from his year as an exchange student to find his family changed badly. At home are his mother, his step-dad (the good man he always accepted as real family), and his two sisters, one younger and one older. The exact change is the game's opening hook.

The dev frames the structure explicitly: typical mom-son and brother-sister incest potential is there, but the player chooses the content.
